Thanks

Thanks to everyone who showed up today. “Making Things with Meg” was fun… We’re still adjusting the time and content of the programs… Please be patient as we tweak… Once again, we thank all our repeat customers!

People at LOUHOL

Most of our customers think Jada, Ariel, and Chloe are students working at a part-time job. Of course, they enjoy hearing they look like students (makes them feel young…) Jada, our program director, has finished a year of graduate school and is the oldest of the three. She works as the head translator and editor at Swagger Lou. Ariel is a professional illustrator and designer, also working at Swagger Lou; she is our head barista. Chloe is the youngest and she works as the head of marketing and advertising at Swagger Lou. She is in charge of marketing at LOUHOL. Basically, I brought my publishing team and opened this coffeehouse and plan to create a chain of LOUHOL’s. We’re all about oxymorons and juxtaposition… The barista making your coffee might be working on a graphic novel… the person serving your coffee might be translating an East Asian philosophy book at night… you never know…

Lou’s House

Hey, I want to welcome everyone to  the site. The shop will be opening up 3.22. I feel great just sitting in front of the coffeehouse, not a care in the world. Couldn’t have been possible without the help of my loyal team: Jada, Ariel, and Chloe. Drop by for a good cup of coffee… I’ll be lurking around somewhere…
